Explore hatha yoga poses, breath, and movement as you are guided through creative yoga sequences-combining yoga postures together in a flow-like form. A meditation in motion, explore breathwork and movement from one yoga pose to the next. Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are very different from one another, as part of the practice is about creativity and exploration. Classes may include poetry, spiritual readings, visualizations, music, and meditations, contributing to greater integration and awakening of the spiritual self. Vinyasa Flow Yoga invites you to go inside and let go into the flow: a practice to bring into your life.

An eclectic, creative, moderate flow style of yoga which emphasizes opening the physical and energetic bodies while quieting the mind. Poetry, music, spiritual readings , visualizations, and meditations are variously included to foster greater integration and awakening of our Spiritual Selves.

Join Ali for a moderate-paced vinyasa flow, including longer-hold stretches and breathing exercises to challenge your body and refresh your mind. Classes take a thoughtful approach to anatomy and sequencing, and modifications are provided to make each pose delicious for your body. All levels welcome!
