Explore hatha yoga poses, breath, and movement as you are guided through creative yoga sequences-combining yoga postures together in a flow-like form. A meditation in motion, explore breathwork and movement from one yoga pose to the next. Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are very different from one another, as part of the practice is about creativity and exploration. Classes may include poetry, spiritual readings, visualizations, music, and meditations, contributing to greater integration and awakening of the spiritual self. Vinyasa Flow Yoga invites you to go inside and let go into the flow: a practice to bring into your life.



Stretch and Flow: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The postures of the class link together to create a continious "flow" of movement. Each flow will be infused with dynamic and longer holds to explore alignment, clarity and self expression.




Foundations of Vinyasa Flow

This class is designed for a slow paced Vinyasa Flow, combining movement, breadth, alignment, and meditation, in a setting for both beginner and intermediate levels alike. The goal with be to achieve greater balance, flexibility and strength in one's everyday life, while having fun while we're at it!




Flow Yoga

Stretch, breathe, balance, flow and salute the sun. This class is for everyone! Through breath work and an asana practice, this class will help you transition from day to evening. You will feel more present and energized for the rest of your day.

Start your weekend off right with this one-hour long, slow flow class that uses the breath to anchor movement, integrates alignment and improves flexibility and strength. You'll leave feeling grounded, present and energized for the weekend! Throughout the fall we'll explore different areas of the body including hips, low back, shoulders and feet!

All levels are welcome. $18 drop in, $150 for 10 class pass.
