Hatha yoga poses, breathing, and meditation meet ones own internal exploration-creating an awareness of, body, mind, and breath. In this yoga practice, you are encouraged to go inside which, in turn, creates an inner awakening, opening you up to feeling more fully alive. The Kripalu yoga practice guides you from yoga on the mat to yoga off the mat, being more present in your life and fulfilled.

This class focuses on posture alignment and breath. Students are encouraged to build postures from the ground up and combine breath with movement. Emphasis is on honoring the wisdom of the body and exploring the limits of individual flexibility and strength. The fundamentals of this class make it a good choice for a new or beginning student; however, this practice is designed to adapt to all body types, ages and fitness levels.
