Imagine this...a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice...your body held and supported in various poses by pillows and blankets...a deep release, a long sigh, an exhale...mmm...the body lets go of tension, opens up, the mind relaxes. This offers a much needed time for yourself - for self care, reset and healing.
This practice helps reduce stress and improve sleep.
Join in person or online via Zoom! Feel free to be in your pjs :).
If you are joining online, please have the following props available:
• 4-5 blankets/ throws/ towels
• a firmish cushion or pillow
• a chair if you like to do legs up the wall with a chair, or be by a wall
Optional:
• two yoga blocks
• yoga strap
• Eye pillow
• Yoga bolster
• Feel free to dim the lights.
