Professional Reinvention Coach
"On your death bed, you will not wish you had been more comfortable, or that you had found an even easier, softer pleasure zone to hide out in. You will wish you had ventured out more. That you had spoken up more. Tried some things. Reinvented yourself one more time." -Steve Chandler, Reinventing Yourself: How To Become The Person You've Always Wanted To Be
I am Arza Goldstein and reinventing my life, several times over the past 23 years, has been among the things in my life that has made me feel the most alive!
My professional life has had an arc and a theme, from stay home mom to birth doula to hospice and palliative care nurse to end of life doula/ community educator and workshop/group facilitator. The thread throughout all of my work has been coaching, guiding and supporting clients and their families during times of challenge and transition.
It was sitting at the beside of hundreds of dying people over my 10 years as a hospice nurse, listening to patient stories and their regrets that inspired me to start my coaching practice.
With the wisdom and insights gathered from these rich experiences, today I am a Professional Reinvention Coach and a trusted source of transformation for clients committed to reinventing, recreating, reimagining their lives.
In bi-monthly, 90 minute private sessions with clients, I bring my superpowers of deep listening, curiosity and compassion to the conversation to create a safe space for clients to dive deeply into and explore life-long dreams, goals and aspirations as well as the limiting beliefs, fears and outdated stories that keep them from moving ahead.
The truth is, I could go on and on about the value and benefits of coaching but the best way to understand the coaching process is to experience it. If coaching sounds even a little bit interesting to you, I encourage you to come to my complimentary coaching sessions with curiosity and an open mind or feel free to email me and let's schedule 90 minutes to slow down, explore and talk. It's as simple as that. No strings, no pressure.
