Supporting the healing process and nurturing the self.

"Deepen your roots and spread your wings."

with Seema & Starr

Saturday (meets 1/6, 1-time workshop)
9:30 am—1:00 pm

Home: dwelling place or retreat; one's native place; a place of respite & ease

In times of darkness, our animal selves instinctually seek a place for shelter & safe rest where we can be free as we are. Yet we sometimes feel far from this within ourselves, in our busy lives, or in our actual living spaces. Things can get in the way creating a sense of unease or disconnection:

•Living in new or foreign places
•Feeling stuck in old places, patterns or relationships
•Holidays/customs/languages that don't fill or fit us
•Life transitions & loss
•Entanglements carried from family or community
•Disability, sickness or injuries

If you you yearn for "home" and want to feel more connected to a place that nourishes you, join us for a few hours of discovering and enhancing that home in you. Using small group exercises, discussion, and Family Constellations, we will explore our stories, what is home to us, and what shifts need to be made to help us to be our authentic selves and find our true home(s).

Pre- registration required: $60; early bird discount paid by 12/1: $45
