Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program, Roots & Wings, events, workshops, yoga studio, Natick, MA

I took MBSR more than five years ago with Cindy and it was transformative. Even if you only incorporate a few of the teachings long-term into your daily life, they make an impact. Your awareness will be ever after altered. I can't recommend this course and Cindy enough. -Renee, Chelmsford

I'm so glad I took MBSR training with Cindy. The tools I learned are invaluable, help me be more present and "in the moment" while life rushes by, and help me respond better to stress (rather than react to that stress). -Amy, Boston

This program literally changed my life. -Mindy, Bedford

Is stress affecting your life? Would you like to learn easily accessible methods of increasing well-being and decreasing stress? The world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. The program is designed for adults and consists of eight weekly two-and-a-half hour classes, as well as an extended practice session between the sixth and seventh classes. The program is highly experiential and includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices and concepts, gentle mindful yoga stretching, group discussions, daily home practice assignments and materials, including four guided mindfulness practice recordings.

Tuition: $495 includes 9 week program (8 Sunday sessions* and one all day session).

Free intro sessions are offered throughout the year. Check the Roots & Wings calendar, or contact Cindy. Also, to register or learn more, contact Cindy:
