Come learn how to reset your mind and body from stress and tension. This series includes a free 20 minute private functional movement assessment with me. Each week, we explore a different area of the body (hips, shoulders, ribs, spine) as it relates to your movement and compensation patterns in your body to help you move with more ease throughout your day. We will also explore stress reduction techniques that you can integrate seamlessly into your everyday life. Call or email Jen with questions!
