This is a series of 3 hands-on (yes, you will be a participant) plant-based cooking workshops followed by a short walk in the woods to Lake Maspenock. You'll learn some of the benefits of plant-based and seasonal eating. Through our cooking, we'll align certain foods with the season which brings greater health, balance, and nourishment into your diet. Spring is also a beautiful time to honor earth's waters and a lovely way to end your day.
