This Friday let's come together in solidarity & self-care, while taking action. In any way you can, be part of May Day Strong - no work, no shopping, no school. It is just one day of an economic disruption, but think of it as a practice. Each time we step in, each time we take action, we are growing stronger together. We'll take a little time off from the busy of life, explore a self-care practice, and feel more grounded, connected, and stronger.
Be in solidarity and action. No business
as usual. Support small, local & with cash, rather than credit cards, Venmo, and Paypal. When people withhold money, work and time, authoritarian regimes and their corporate sponsors lose power!
