We're going to explore Shenandoah National Park where 101 miles of the Appalachian Trail runs through. While close to DC, Shenandoah is the home of beautiful vistas, cragged mountains, lush waterfalls, wildflowers, and a whole lot more. We'll be hiking, practicing yoga, and being nourished with freshly made plant-based meals. You should be able to hike 5-7 miles for three consecutive days.
