This class is offered weekly, accessible remotely or onsite--creating safety for in-person attendance. Check with Kat about in-person availability and guidelines.

This mindful yoga flow offers you a yoga class, specially designed to give you grounding and maintaining inner connection. The class gradually builds its pace, starting with a warming flow, moving into an invigorating and challenging, yet mindful, standing sequence that focuses on more awareness created by the serene nature of mindful movement. This class is appropriate for all levels.
