As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, I provide online and in person counseling for teens and adults. I offer a nurturing, safe space where you can explore what is troubling or challenging to you in the present and help you tap into your best way to make things better. I help teens feel in better control of their experience, be more intentional with their choices, and develop new habits and awareness to increase their satisfaction. I help adults explore and evaluate the trouble spots in their lives. I can help you identify what it is that you want and explore how to develop new habits and awareness to increase your satisfaction so that you can move forward in the direction of your choosing. I believe that you have the capacity to heal, using pathways that we will navigate together. I welcome the privilege to accompany you on your journey.

I utilize talk therapy as well as EMDR treatment for teens and adults who struggle with low feelings, worries and fears, and who have experienced trauma. If you feel stuck, unable to make the positive changes you wish for, and feel like you'd like to sort out what's holding you back, I can help you optimize your possibilities for greater contentment. I am deeply empathetic, compassionate, and enthusiastic about my work and my desire to help others is rooted in my own experience in which I have been challenged outside my comfort zone to grow as a person. I work best with people who also bring an open mind, a curiosity to explore and identify what they wish to change, and a healthy desire for things to be different in their life. I am authentic, supportive, and humble, and I am an active participant in the therapeutic process. I seek to join you on your journey and support you to recognize the ways in which you can find your own capacity for change to achieve your goals.
