Jen loves movement and meditation for the balance it brings in her life and she loves helping others explore and find their balance through mindfulness. As many of us have lots of busyness in our lives, making the time and space to focus on ourselves is so important. For Jen, being aware and feeling the present moments of the day helps her in creating an inner peace that she loves sharing with others.
Jen's experience includes over 15 years in the mindfulness space. She is certified as 500 RYT/CYT with Yoga Alliance, Ananda meditation teacher, yoga therapist completing her IAYT certification, continuing Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher with the Mindfulness Center at Brown University and Energy healing practitioner. Jen also holds her MBA from Emory University and prior work experience in strategy consulting with IBM Global Services and Price Waterhouse Coopers working with various clients all over the world.
