On Sunday, June 14 at 1pm, join ShaQuan Read for a grounding slow flow designed to help you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. This practice invites you to slow down, settle into your body, and cultivate a sense of feeling rooted and restored. Together, we'll explore gentle movement, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest to support balance, presence, and ease. Open to all levels.

Join the Worcester Yoga BIPOC Collective each month for this yoga class affinity space, open to Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Offered through the Worcester Yoga BIPOC Collective - a yoga community focused on bringing accessibility & representation to local yoga studios. "Through collaborations and partnerships with local yoga studios and sports centers, we're able to offer free yoga classes and workshops as a way for our BIPOC community to unwind and decompress together. Our community is an open inclusive space - join us for free yoga classes, meet our members, and make new and lasting friendships with like-minded individuals!"
