Join this December class with Ebonique for this meaningful end of the year workshop, blending color reflection, mala making and Yoga Nidra. Use colored wooden beads to explore the lessons, joys, and growth of your year. Craft a personal mala bracelet in colors that align with the qualities you want to carry into the year ahead. Then settle into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation to release what's past and welcome what's coming.
Donations are welcomed, making the class accessible to everyone and fostering a sense of generosity and community support. Whether you're new to these practices or seeking to enhance your experience, this class offers a friendly space for exploration and connection.
We hope you will join this class with instructor Ebonique. To sign up, visit: https://worcestercenterforcrafts.punchpass.com/classes/16662289
