This November class with Jacqueline Monteiro aims to promote self-awareness and personal growth through breath work, meditation, and body awareness. It provides a supportive community specifically for BIPOC individuals, allowing them to explore their inner selves and connect with others. Sessions focus on mindfulness and self-care, helping participants gain a deeper understanding of their physical and emotional well-being.
Donations are welcomed, making the class accessible to everyone and fostering a sense of generosity and community support. Whether you're new to these practices or seeking to enhance your experience, this class offers a friendly space for exploration and connection.

Join the Worcester Yoga BIPOC Collective each month for this yoga class affinity space, open to Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Offered through the Worcester Yoga BIPOC Collective - a yoga community focused on bringing accessibility & representation to local yoga studios. "Through collaborations and partnerships with local yoga studios and sports centers, we're able to offer free yoga classes and workshops as a way for our BIPOC community to unwind and decompress together. Our community is an open inclusive space - join us for free yoga classes, meet our members, and make new and lasting friendships with like-minded individuals!"
