Explore hatha yoga poses, breath, and movement as you are guided through creative yoga sequences-combining yoga postures together in a flow-like form. A meditation in motion, explore breathwork and movement from one yoga pose to the next. Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are very different from one another, as part of the practice is about creativity and exploration. Classes may include poetry, spiritual readings, visualizations, music, and meditations, contributing to greater integration and awakening of the spiritual self. Vinyasa Flow Yoga invites you to go inside and let go into the flow: a practice to bring into your life.

Mindful Yoga

This class is offered weekly, accessible remotely. It is also available onsite to a limited number of students. Check with Kat about availability.

This mindful yoga flow offers you a yoga class, specially designed to give you grounding and maintaining inner connection. The class gradually builds its pace, starting with a warming flow, moving into an invigorating and challenging, yet mindful, standing sequence that focuses on more awareness created by the serene nature of mindful movement. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Stretch, breathe, balance, flow and salute the sun. This class is for everyone! Through breath work and an asana practice, this class will help you transition from day to evening. You will feel more present and energized for the rest of your day.

Foundational Yoga

6:00—7:15 pm

This class is offered weekly, accessible remotely or onsite. It is also available onsite, to up to 4 students. Check with Kat about availability.

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
