Release stress and slow down the frenzied pace of life with a soothing soundbath and some gentle movement with Kat. Soundbaths promote deep relaxation, fostering a sense of well being and more expanded states. Stresses and anxieties fade away as one merges with the many different frequencies that the instruments provide. Wear comfortable clothes and snuggle in as the tones and vibrations lull you into a deep sense of surrender. Reiki master, Susan Clark, will lead with hands on Reiki assists.
