Stefanie is a certified RYT200 teacher in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is also a Reiki Master and a certified Laughter Yoga Instructor.
Stefanie has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and also founded the meetup group "Nature Girls" which offers a wide variety of activities for women.She loves to move and encourages others to join her in leading an active and healthy lifestyle.
Yoga has become her dedication and she combines both Yoga and Reiki to offer her students a unique experience and relaxation.
Stefanie received a BA in mechanical engineering and holds a certificate as a professional chef.
