Wings

This class is offered weekly, accessible remotely. It is also available onsite to a limited number of students. Check with Kat about availability.

This mindful yoga flow offers you a yoga class, specially designed to give you grounding and maintaining inner connection. The class gradually builds its pace, starting with a warming flow, moving into an invigorating and challenging, yet mindful, standing sequence that focuses on more awareness created by the serene nature of mindful movement. This class is appropriate for all levels.
