These all-levels yoga classes, taught in the Kripalu style, guides you to tune in and connect with yourself and your breath and, from there, exploring yoga postures. Modifications and variations are taught to complement various physical abilities and body types.

Maggie works with all students in the class, via Zoom, to help each person to dive in deeply. Log on link:>
