Suzakū Shin is an international teacher of Yin (feminine) energy for woman and men, she offers personal sessions, workshops and wellness retreats for physical, mental and emotional balance based in ancestral universal principles. She assist people in the understanding and use of the Yin energy in women and men, the menstrual cycle, and the natural phases in womanhood for a fulfilled, happy life. She brings a honoring for nature and ceremonial aspects into all of her offerings.
Suzakū is a firewalk instructor, an intuitive healer who creates powerful transformational experiences created in a safe space of respect and love, she reminds all who she comes into contact with of their innate power to believe in themselves and create their own reality.
Suzakū has traveled extensively through the world and has taught in countries like Spain, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and in an ashram temple in India.
Her spiritual name means the beautiful imperial phoenix bird, and her title is Sensei (teacher) of the Yin energy the path of Shizen Do (The spiritual path of understanding universal nature).
She now spends most of her time in her home country, Costa Rica where she hosts life changing personal and group retreats at beautiful natural locations.
