Slow Flow and Restore - YOGA for BIPOC, Roots & Wings, events, workshops, yoga studio, Natick, MA

Wednesdays (Meets monthly, starts 6/16. Onsite & remote options)

Wings Studio or Online

Join Jordan and Ruth for a 75 minute Slow Flow and Restore yoga practice. Practice will take place Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:45am and will incorporate slow vinyasa style asana as well restorative poses. All levels are welcome - variations will be provided and props are highly encouraged for all levels.

This class will be offered as a yoga practice for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) only, as a space for BIPOC to be able to bring their entire selves to the mat. All those identifying as BIPOC are welcome to practice - together we will move, breathe and connect.

This class will be offered as donation based with monies going towards community actions.

Summer schedule:
• Wednesday, June 16, 9:30 to 10:45am (Jordan and Ruth). Meet and greet starting at 9am!
• Wednesday, July 21, 9:30 to 10:45am (Jordan)
• Wednesday, August 18, 9:30 to 10:45am (Ruth)
• Wednesday, September 15, 9:30 to 10:45am (Jordan)
