Svaroopa® Yoga
A unique and transformational style of Hatha Yoga renowned for resolving chronic back pain, while cultivating a quiet mind and peaceful spirit. Release long held spinal tension using supportive props and alignments. "Deeper" is for those experienced in this style of yoga or currently taking a Svaroopa® Yoga class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Open the physical and energetic bodies and quiet the mind, as you flow with breath and movement. Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are very different from one another, as part of the practice is about creativity and exploration.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets joints, bones, ligaments and the connective tissues of the pelvis, lower spine, and hips. Postures are sometimes passive, but may be held in long duration.
Synergy Yoga®
