The mission of Body Clinic is to provide the highest level of manual therapy and exercise to treat injuries and pain, and to optimize health.

Dr. Natalie Brainerd is a Physical Therapist who provides one-hour treatments consisting of all manual (hands-on) therapy, combining traditional physical therapy with osteopathic based techniques. If needed, customized exercise prescriptions are given after treatment, based on your interests and fitness level. Exercises typically merge yoga and pilates for core stability and spinal health, along with whole body and free weight training for strength and toning. Natalie believes, "Every body has the ability to heal itself. The practitioner is simply the conduit for this to occur."

- Current Massachusetts PT license by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, ranked number one in the country for PT
- Mechanical Link Certified (osteopathic manual therapy)
- Level II Quantum Touch Certified
- Level II Kinesiotaping Certified
- American Hippotherapy Association Level I Certified
- CPR and AED certified
