Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese martial art that is a gentle noncompetitive exercise, connecting mind with body, and promoting stress reduction and healing. A series of movements in a slow, graceful manner creates a meditation in motion.




Pilates

Strengthen your core, shape muscles, and experience the joy of moving towards your physical potential. Classical Pilates mat exercises, ballet floor barre, and muscle conditioning are integrated into this class.




Zumba®

Great exercise, great music, great fun! Learn easy Zumba® routines that help you get fit and feel terrific.




Resistance Stretching

Stretch deeply and profoundly increase flexibility. Learn how actively contracted muscles that are simultaneously lengthened become more flexible.




Partner Stretching

Work with partners, as stretching and lengthening is facilitated and active contraction is taught. Partner stretching invites you to expand your agility while working in a partner format.
