Tai Chi and Qigong

An ancient Chinese martial art that is a gentle noncompetitive exercise, connecting mind with body, and promoting stress reduction and healing. A series of movements in a slow, graceful manner creates a meditation in motion.




Authentic Movement

These groups provide an opportunity to practice being with and following the impulse of movement, stillness, and sound as they arise in the body. Within a circle of respect and safety, individual and collective experiences are shared.




Nia

Nia is a body-mind program including dance, martial arts and healing arts. It is done barefoot to a variety of music and is uniquely personalized to each participant's level of ability.




Hula Hoop Dance

Hooping is so much fun! With adult hoops, anyone can learn this nostalgic exercise craze. And, adults, learn to unleash your inner child with cardio-based hula hooping! It is an exciting way to broaden your workout while creating a healthy body and mind while burning up to 600 calories an hour. We offer a children/adult class, and a cardio workout.
