Pilates strengthens and improves posture. A variety of exercises are taught using a Pilates mat and ballet floor barre to align the spine and pelvis, strengthen the core, and gain improved muscle tone and agility. Pilates combines breathing with smooth, fluid movement inviting you to experience the ease of your exercise, while feeling in control of your movement.
