Are you feeling tightness or pain in your body? Yoga Therapy is a healing modality to help you move with more comfort and ease by creating greater awareness in your mind and body. In your sessions, Jen will assess your movements and compensation patterns as a foundation to create better connection and balance within yourself. Using yoga principles and tools such as breathwork, functional movement and meditation techniques, Jen works with you to explore and discover your pathway to feeling more ease and greater self-awareness to reduce pain and find more balance in your mind and body.
For reducing physical pain, yoga therapy practices could include looking at compensation patterns and improving movements in the largest joint areas using focused-attention movements. For reducing stress, practices could include guided relaxation, breathwork and yoga poses/asana. Come explore your movement with Jen and begin to discover how to move in your range with more comfort and ease and in turn reducing tightness and pain in your body.
