Sundays (new series begins 2020, contact instructor)
4:00—5:30 pm

Here is your invitation to engage in meaningful conversations and explore perspective shifts about what really matters in life. We will use The Five Invitations by Zen Hospice cofounder and Buddhist teacher Frank Ostaseski as our guide. Prior to each meeting, we will read all the chapters related to one invitation, try them on in our daily life, then come together in a held space to explore. This beautifully articulated book has been a game-changer for many of my clients navigating any sort of transition as well as for me as I care for my aging parents.

Prior to each monthly meeting, the group will read/live with the chapters related to the following invitations. This is the current schedule for the group going on now. A similar sort of schedule will start for 2020. If you are interested, please contact Cathy.
