Nurture Yourself in Nature!

Get outside and surround yourself in the stunning White Mountains during the most beautiful New England season.

Connect with others and your inner strength to discover the power you have to climb these rocky and rooty New Hampshire trails.

Learn hiking safety and about the 10 essentials

Nourish yourself with seasonal, plant based meals that are provided by Peaksandposes' chef, Majid.

Relish yourself in a sauna and self care Saturday night (all supplies will be provided).

Calm yourself and quiet down your mind with yoga and meditation woven through the weekend.

Engage in a discussion about Plant Based Lifestyle.

All activities are facilitated by Nancy Wind, Founder of Peaksandposes Yoga, Certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor RYT-200, accomplished 4 season hiker, multi day backpacker, retreat organizer, lover of seasonal cooking/plant based lifestyle and learner of edible plants and mushrooms.

Where will we be hiking: In the White Mountains National Forest and Franconia Notch State Park, New Hampshire

Cost: $350 for this unique retreat includes: 2 night stay at the hostel, 2 breakfast, 2 lunches, Saturday night appetizers/dinner/dessert, guided hikes, trail yoga, hike safety tips, meditation, and more!

Lodging: We will be staying at The Notch Hostel in shared bunk rooms. The Notch is a beautifully renovated farm style home owned by Serena Walsh which serves as base camp to the White Mountains. Serena and her staff are so warm and hospitable. The Notch is a second home to me and many others visiting the area. Linens, blankets, towels, organic soap, coffee and tea are provided. There is a small sauna, a fire pit and a beautiful porch.

Meals: Plant Based dining at The Notch and on the trail. We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.

Activities: morning yoga, trail yoga, meditation, Saturday night discussion and self care.

?Equipment: Bring your own backpack and hiking poles (if needed). Detailed packing list is provided prior to the retreat.
