In this special 3-hour event we will do a deep dive into ourselves and how we limit our lives and our experiences of joy and fun at every level because of our struggles with the need to be "perfect". You will have the opportunity to:

1. Identify the top 3 ways you are harsh and have unrealistic expectations of yourself

2. Discover how "perfection" is a smoke screen that limits us

3. Let go of the limiting beliefs around perfection that are blocking your joy and fullfillment

4. Leave the workshop with two tools you can use immediately to be more gentle and encouraging with yourself in your life right now.

This COMPLIMENTARY event is a precursor to a new, small, 6 week Book Club for women starting mid Oct. There is NO REQUIREMENT to do anything else after the complimentary event - you may get everything you need from the complimentary event - which is great!

About the 6-week Book Club:

Title: Letting Go of Perfection: Stepping into Freedom
Dates: Monday, Oct 18-Monday - November 22 (all meetings will be recorded and attending live on Zoom is strongly encouraged).
Time: 7p-8:30p ET
Limited to 8 participant
On Zoom
Workshop Description: In this dynamic and intimate 6 week group we will explore the gifts of imperfection using Brene Brown's transformational book, The Gifts of Imperfection: Letting Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are. We will look at how our imperfections help us grow and cultivate the tools of wholehearted living: courage, compassion and connection. Each week we will dive deep into 2 of Brene Brown's Guideposts for Wholehearted Living. We will excavate old stories and shame that keep us feeling fearful, anxious, safe and small and discover strategies for co-creating a life of "worthy now, as is" and the bounty that comes from that inner knowing. You will leave this group with a different experience of yourself and who you are (versus the judgements, made up stories and misunderstandings you may currently have about yourself).

Book Club group includes 6-90 minute meetings plus 1 individual coaching session for each participant (to be scheduled during the 6 weeks). Cost for the Book Club with coaching session: $149 plus the cost of the book (if you do not already have access to it).

Registration is required for the 3-hour program and/or the 6-week Book Club. To register, contact Arza:
