Come to this special event, with harpist, Shelley Otis who will be strumming the harp, to create a beautifully restful and deepened experience for you.

Enjoy all the benefits of Restorative Yoga in a nurturing candlelight environment. Abide in comfortable, well-supported positions that gently and passively open the body. Release layers of physical and mental stress in this gentle grounding practice, while being uplifted by soul touching music Here our breath can flow more deeply while calming guided meditations will help us to deepen inner peace. We'll allow ourselves time to shift out of fight/flight mode to receive the Kiss of Peace.

Shelley Otis' website is As a performer and arranger for the harp, Shelley Otis plays covers of new releases, jazz standards, traditional Celtic tunes, and original compositions. She has been featured in concerts both as a soloist, and in several ensembles including the Celtic band Ulster Landing, and with the Jumping Monkeys, a children's music band. She also provides music at more than 100 weddings and private events per year. Shelley discovered the harp after graduating with a degree in classical piano performance from Vanderbilt University's Blair School of Music. After years of classical study, she discovered the incredibly rich world of folk music, developed a love for jazz and blues, and found her musical voice on the harp. She maintains a five-star rating on the Bash, WeddingWire, the Knot, and Gig Salad, and has been a recipient of the Couple's Choice award and the Best of Weddings award.
