This wonderful Workshop with Ed will teach you how to balance your Mind and free your Body so that you can eliminate or reduce stress, anxiety and suffering in your life.
Ed teaches from the heart and brings his knowledge, wisdom and life experience in the energy arts and meditative practice to his workshops and classes.
This gentle movement and meditative workshop will inspire you to move toward a more peaceful and stress free life. Through QiGong (Energy work) and Tai-Chi movement as well as Xing Yi (Mind intention) and meditative mindfulness, you will be given the tools and practices that will help you reach that goal.

What to bring: Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bringing a note book and pen is recommended. There are plenty of blankets available as well as chairs and back jacks. Water will be provided but bring a snack if you would like.
