Explore the basics of Yoga during this 6 week series that will give you a hands-on understanding of the practice.

Learn basic Asana (poses) and Pranayama (mindful breathing) to create a foundation for health and wellness. Experience some of the many benefits of Yoga including increased strength & flexibility, improved posture and stronger bones, stress reduction & relaxation and improved focus.

$90 for the 6-week series, $17 for drop in.
