"Reducing Stress through Mindful Movement Exploration"

Mini-Class via Zoom Thursdays 2pm-2:30pm

This is a half hour experiential class where you will be invited to slow down and listen to your body as you are verbally guided through a gentle movement exploration based on the Feldenkrais Method®. I find this approach to be a great way to meditate without needing to sit still; to be more grounded when fear takes us away from the ground; to feel better, move better, and reduce the elevated stress hormones that are part of living in these tumultuous times.

Instructor: Marcia Giudice has a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and is a Certified Bones for Life Trainer, FELDENKRAIS® Practitioner, Kripalu Yoga instructor, and Core Integration teacher. She has over 35 years of experience teaching and working with awareness-based movement modalities.
