Mindful Yoga Flow gives you the opportunity to create more ease in your body and mind by exploring and integrating components of mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Discover how to release compensation patterns in your body by moving more freely with functional movement and breath. Everyone feels some level of stress in the body and mind. With therapeutic yoga, you can cultivate greater self-awareness and appreciation for all of you. Building on the mind-body connection, you will begin to uncover what you need physically and mentally to be more stable, balanced and clear in your mind and body.

Also, sign up for a Free 15-minute online consultation of your functional movement to assess how you move and compensate in your body. Before our session, you will complete a brief questionnaire about your areas of concern. During our online session, we will do some simple body movements and discuss ways to adjust your practice to move with more ease. Your free 15-minute session will be a great addition to the ongoing therapeutic yoga class.
