Wings

No two people are alike and no two bodies are alike. This class focuses on helping you find the individualized yoga practice that is right for you through yoga postures, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Slowing down as we transition through the asana practice creates a meditative, nurturing practice that facilitates endurance, strength and self-awareness. Yoga philosophy is interwoven into each class. Some yoga experience helpful, but modifications are offered for those with less experience.
