Join me to explore:

• slowing down and listening to your body
• including your body in meditation or mindfulness practice
• including more of yourself in movement and 'Awareness Through Movement' lessons

In this six-week series, we will explore 6 different 'Awareness Through Movement' lessons and how each lesson affects your state of being... physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We will begin and end each class with a 5-minute guided mindfulness practice, bringing kind attention to whatever is happening in the moment. In between, I will be guiding you through a gentle movement exploration from the Feldenkrais Method. Join me in an inquiry of mindfulness, movement, and embodiment that includes discernment of nervous system states of aliveness, calm/connected, fight, flight, freeze, and collapse.

Audio recordings of each class are included. Links will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the class so that you can review parts or all of the class or do the class on your own time if you were not able to attend live-online.
