Improving YOUR HIPS

Do you need more flexible hips, more stable hips, or both?

This class will explore enhancing both flexibility and stability in the hip joints through an ĎAwareness Through Movementí lesson that connects the action of the hip to the core and spine. Drop-ins welcome!

Awareness through Movement® - The Feldenkrais Method®

Slow down and listen to your body as you are guided through gentle movement explorations from the Feldenkrais Method. This unique body-mind learning process helps you change tension-based habits and find more comfortable, powerful, and stress-free ways of moving and being. Come and experience the difference it makes in how you breathe, walk, sit, exercise, practice yoga or Qigong... or simply the difference it makes in how you experience yourself!

Time: Wednesdays 11:15 - 12:15 (See the Roots and Wings Schedule for dates.) Attend series or come whenever you can! No prior experience needed.

Payment Options: Sign up for an 8-week series for $120. OR Buy a 'Teacher Class Card' (a 10-class card that is good for one year for my classes: $180.) OR Pay per class: $20.

Instructor: Marcia Giudice has a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and is a Certified Bones for Life Trainer, FELDENKRAIS® Practitioner, Kripalu Yoga instructor, and Core Integration teacher. She has over 35 years of experience teaching and working with awareness-based movement modalities.
